CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
If you wish to return a product to us, the product must be returned, unused and undamaged, in its original received condition. We cannot provide refunds, credits or exchanges for custom made or personalised products unless there is a serious manufacturing defect. Dan Lawrence cannot be held liable for any misuse of a product or for any damage caused using a product for something other than its intended purpose.
Please note that leather is a natural product and variations do occur both on the surface and on the flesh side. Normal variations in leather inherent to the qualities of the leather are not considered manufacturing or quality defects, but rather are a signal of the genuine, natural, and high-quality material we use.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Sale Items are not able to be returned.
We will offer you a refund or exchange if an item has been found to have a major problem.
If the problem is not major, we will repair/alter the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Returns are assessed individually by Dan Lawrence Saddlery.
In relation to refunds: the refund is for the product/s and will not include your original freight costs or return freight costs. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned product.
In relation to exchanges: we will only cover the return costs one way, so for exchanges, please send the product back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
In the very rare occasion a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us to organise for repair, replacement or refund. In the case of a genuine manufacturing fault, we will cover all shipping costs.
